Ingredients
4 oz Cream Cheese 4 tbsp organic great value coconut oil 4 Tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 Tbsp Great Value No Calorie Stevia 1 Tbsp Lakanto Golden monk fruit sweetener 1 fl oz Lemon juice
Directions
Mix coconut oil, unsalted butter, cream cheese, and sweetener together ( I prefer to use a combination of Stevia and monk fruit as I miss that sweet craving with no bitter after taste) with a hand mixer until very smooth. Add lemon zest and juice and combine.

Spoon mixture into a silicone mold until frozen. Pop out of mold and keep in freezer until needed.
