broccoli potato cheddar soup

Ingredients
5 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth 5 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw 4 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 2 clove Garlic 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
set pot to saute, add garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Add broccoli , chopped potatoes , and chicken broth to pot. put lid on pot and set for manuel pressure cook for 5 min. Let pot NRP For 10 min. Remove lid and add milk and cheese. Use a hand blender to puree the soup season with salt and pepper.
