Basic crêpes

Ingredients
1.5 cup Milk, 1% 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 1 cup Flour, white
Directions
Blend together milk, eggs and oil in blender container. Add flour; blend until batter is smooth.
Lightly coat a non-stick fryoan or crêpe oan. Heat over medium heat. Pour 3 TBSP batter into pan. Rotate pan to coat evenly. Cook until golden on underside.
