1.5 cup Rice flour, brown 8 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Potato Starch 0.25 cup Rice flour, white 0.25 cup Bob's Red Mill Tapioca Flour (by FRESHSTART469) 0.3 tbsp Hodgson Mill Xanthan Gum (by ANTIOCHIA)
Directions
Mix and store in airtight container (Mason jar or plastic container). Example of how to use: A recipe calls for 1 cup of flour. Substitute 1/2 c. of this recipe + 1/4 c almond flour + 1/4 c. oat flour (depending on the recipe)
