Ingredients
16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon 2 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.25 cup Masa, Corn Flour, dry 6 cup Beans, great northern 2 tsp Cumin seed 0.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground) 2 tsp Chili powder 6 gram(s) Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g) (by AMBUDMAN) 4 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1) 8 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz.
Directions
Heat olive oil. Add onion and jalapeno 2- 3minutes. Add broth, minced garlic and spices and stir. Add rotisserie chicken (already cooked) peppers, beans and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes. Garnish with cilantro, lime, avocado, etc...
