Asiel Abanador's Banana Loaf

Ingredients
4 Bananas 1 cup White sugar ¼ cup Vegetable oil½ cup Sour cream2 Eggs (beaten) 1-½ cups Flour 1 tsp Baking powder 1 tsp Baking soda ½ tsp salt
Directions
Combine bananas and sugar together and mash. Add oil, sour cream and eggs and mix thoroughly. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; add banana mixture just until combined.

Pour into greased and papered loaf pans and bake at 325 F (160C) for 1-¼ hours or until complete. Let it rest before turning onto racks.
