Lentil Mushroom Burger (Homemade)

Ingredients
2 cup Lentils 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .33 cup Oats, Quaker .5 cup, chopped Kale .5 tbsp Fish Sauce 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 0.05 cup Tomato Paste
Directions
Sauté onion mushroom and garlic with whatever herbs you want. Throw everything in a food processor. It's two cups of cooked lentils by the way. Then form into patties and put on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes
