Black Pepper Beef

Ingredients
1.5 lb Flank Steak 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh 3 tsp Garlic 0.75 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme 0.75 cup Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium 6 tbsp Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce 1/4 tsp White pepper2 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch 2 TB water
Directions
In the Instant pot, pour both oils and set pot to saute. Add onion, peppers saute and then add garlic. Add all other ingredients except cornstarch slurry. Set pot to high pressure for 7 minutes. Release after 3 minutes. Remove meat from pot. Add cornstarch slurry and set to saute until it boils por sauce over meat. Eat over rice or cauliflower rice
