1.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats1.0 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened1.0 tbsp Organic Chai Seeds2.0 tbsp peanut butter - fresh ground WHOLE FOODS1.0 tbsp Maple Syrup0.5 cup Kirkland Organic Plain Soy Milk
In mason jar or bowl, mix everything except the oats. Then add oats. Make sure all the oats are covered with liquid. Put in the fridge overnight for at least 8 hours. Enjoy with your favorite fruit or nuts.
