1 large Onions, raw 15 grams Butter, unsalted 350 grams Mushrooms, fresh 5 cup Milk, 3.25% 1.5 tbsp Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 0.2 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tbsp Curry powder
Directions
Fry gently chopped onion in butter When soft, add the mushrooms and let them soften and get brownish Add spices Add milk Get to boil and let cook for additional 5 min Correct seasoning Possible to add 10 grams (few) dried purchini mushroom after soaked with warm water Serving Size: soup bowl large
