Sour Cream Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1.5 cups flour1 cup sugar2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 cup fat free sour cream1/2 cup egg whites1 cup frozen, unsweetened blueberriesTopping:3 tsp sugar2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Combine dry ingredients a one bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together sour cream and egg whites. Add the dry ingredients to the wet a little at a time, until all are mixed. Fold in blueberries.

Pour into greased silicon muffin cups (to get 15 instead of 12). Sprinkle tops with cinnamon/sugar mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until set.
