Ginger water

Ingredients
.25 cup slices (1" dia) Ginger Root 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Slice fresh ginger root ( about 2' piece) into thin slices. In medium sauce pan add water and ginger slices biol for 10 minutes . turn off heat and let set to cool. Strain after mixture has cooled to room temp.
