.5 serving Beans, Red Kidney (1/4 Cup Dry) (by TJMARTI) 35 gram Beans, Dried, Pinto, Great Value (1/4c dry = 35g, 13 serv per 1 pound) (by MZTRACY) .5 cup Brown Rice, medium grain 0.25 cup *lentils, great value dried
Directions
Clean beand and add all ingredients with desired seasonings to a small crock pot and cook on low until done
