4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.12 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites 1 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh 2.5 serving Jennie-O Mild Turkey Breakfast Sausage Lean, 2 0z 0.25 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 serving Kroger Potato Hash Brown Nuggets (10 oz/13 pieces = 1 serving)
Whisk eggs and egg whites. set aside.
Mix chopped mushrooms, cooked turkey sausage, and shredded cheese together in a greased loaf pan
Pour egg mixture over filling mixture
top with hash browns
cover in foil
cook at 350 for 30 mins with foil, then remove foil and cook additional 15 mins or until cooked through
