1 cup Baby Spinach, 1 cup Argula 1 cup, Romaine Lettuce (teared or shredded)1 tbsp Red Peppers1 tbsp Green Peppers 1 tbsp Yellow Bell Peppers1 tbsp Orange Peppers 2 tbsp Red Onion 1 tbsp Celery, raw 1 tbsp Pine Nuts 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds 8-12 Grapes2 Slices Canteloupe
Directions
1. Prepare and wash all fruit and vegetable
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss
3. Add dressing if desired , can be eaten without dressing
