16.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.0 bunch Broccoli, fresh0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 tsp Garlic0.25 cup Sour Cream0.25 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)2.0 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain0.25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw3.0 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)1.0 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded45.0 gram Bacon 2 slices
Heat oven to 350. Slice raw chicken. Dice onion. Cook bacon then crumble. Rough chop broccoli. Add all to casserole dish. Blend all liquids, pour over mixture. Add garlic, and add salt and pepper to your preferences. Mix in cheese. Stir together to incorporate. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
