6 cup blackeyed peas, from dry, cooked in water only 0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 3 tsp Baking Powder 1 large Onions, raw 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1) 12 gram(s) Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g) (by AMBUDMAN) 1 tbsp Parsley, dried
Clean and cook dried peas
In a large bowl add flour, baking powder, dried parsley and mix well
Make this mixture into small patties
Heat a small amount of oil, either canola or coconut
Pan fry the patties until golden brown
Serve with your favorite sauce
