Green Bell Pepper .25 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 oz Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese 1 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 4 serving Hickory Smoked Bacon Thick Sliced Wegmans (by THE13MAFIA) .25 cup Butter, salted 8 tbsp Cream heavy 1 TBSP
Heat oven to 325
melt butter and saute diced veggies
whisk eggs and cream - season to taste
layer veggies, cheese, bacon and egg mixture in 9 x 9 dish
bake for 45 min
