2 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) 16 oz Johnsonville All Natural Ground Mild Italian Sausage 4 1tsp Olive Oil .25 tsp Oregeno (by CHALIGAL155) 1 dash Pepper, black 1.5 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 1 serving Hormel Pepperoni (15 Pepperoni)
Fry sausage in 1 tsp of olive oil.Transfer to greased baking dish.Drain tomatoes good and layer over sausage.Sprinkle Oregeno and pepper on top. Saute mushrooms in remaining olive oil til cooked through and add on top of Tomatoes. Cover with Cheese and pepperoni. Bake 25 min at 400 degrees.
