Ingredients
1.0 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw3.0 cup, chopped Kale0.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth5.0 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw4.0 clove Garlic
Directions
Brown sausage, remove from pan. Saute onions and garlic till translucent. Add Sausage, cauliflower and broth to the pan. bring to a boil. Add kale. Simmer 40min. Add heavy cream, stir and let cool a bit.
