1.0 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw3.0 cup, chopped Kale0.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth5.0 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw4.0 clove Garlic
Brown sausage, remove from pan. Saute onions and garlic till translucent.
Add Sausage, cauliflower and broth to the pan. bring to a boil. Add kale. Simmer 40min. Add heavy cream, stir and let cool a bit.
