Ingredients
8 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 24 oz Chipotle Corn Salsa 2 cup Beans, black 1.5 cup Brown Rice, long grain 4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 tbsp Ortega taco seasoning mix 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
mix rice / salsa / taco seasoning / chicken broth / onion in crockpot
Add 2 chicken breast and set to high for 3 hours.
take out chicken and chop up - add back into mix / add black beans and warm setting for 30 minutes
