4 tbsp *Flax Seed 2 cup, chopped Kale 4 cup Spinach, fresh 1.5 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin 1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Add all ingredients to Vita-mix and blend on smoothie setting. Enjoy!
