1 serving Land O Lakes, Unsalted Butter, 1 Tbsp 1 serving Yellow Onions - Serving Size: 1 Medium Onion (148g/5.3 oz.) (by TRI2_BFIT) 1 serving Celery (7 1/2" - 8" long) 1 stalk by art0705 (by ART0507) 1 serving Carrot, fresh (1 medium) (by MACDOHM) 6 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv 1 bunch Broccoli, fresh 4 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream
Melt butter in stockpot - saute chopped onion, celery and carrot until tender. Add chicken broth, heat to a boil. Add broccoli florets, return to a boil briefly. Lower heat to medium, cook until broccoli is tender, 5 - 8 minutes. Turn heat to low, use immersion blender to cream soup to creamy texture. Salt and pepper to taste.
