3 cup, chopped Kale 3 cup Spinach, fresh 2 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 8 oz Califa Farms Toasted Coconut Almondmilk blend (by SANDIEGOKAYCEE) 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 tbsp Flaxseed
Directions
Add Greens, blueberries, flaxseed, water and almond-milk to Vita-mix blender and set to smoothie setting. Enjoy!
