Hot Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients
4-5 lb. beef roast (for purposes of calculations, used 4.3lb)1 envelope onion soup mix1 12-oz light beer2 cups beef broth1 Tbsp ground oregano2 Tbsp Splenda2 cloves minced garlic1 cup sliced sweet peppers
Directions
Dump it all in the crockpot and cook on low for 10-12 hours. Serve with toasted bread of your choice. You can add cheese, too, but again - more calories!
