1 lb Cabbage, fresh1/2 tsp salt8 oz Corned beef brisket4 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1/2 tsp caraway seed1 T prepared mustard1 cup Cheese, Cheddar, Shredded 6 oz Milk evaporated(2 T/1oz) 14 g. seasoned croutons
1. Boil cabbage in 2 " salted water for 7 min. until tender crisp.
2. Combine diced beef, onion seasonings, soup & evaporated milk - add cabbage bake 350F 35 min. until bubbly - Top with croutons drizzled with coconut oil - Bake 10 more min.
3. Remove from oven - rest for 10 min - Serve.
