Potato Base for Soups

Ingredients
4 large potatoes1 large onion4 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 5 cup, diced Celery, raw 6 cup Water, tap 8 oz bone broth2 clove Garlic
Directions
Put all ingredients in slow cooker and cook for two hours on high. Puree when done and freeze for soup base.
