Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1 cup Cashew Butter 1/4 cup, packed Brown Sugar3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Drop by the spoonful onto greased cookie sheet (or line with parchment paper). Take a fork and press down on cookies (making criss-cross pattern). Bake at 350F for 8 minutes or until crust begins to golden. Optional: sprinkle with a little extra sugar before baking Serving Size: 40 silver dollar size cookies
