1.5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked8.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable8.0 serving idahoan original instant mashed potatoes (just the flakes)4.0 tbsp Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread1.5 tsp Salt
Cook mashed potatoes as instructed using original unsweetened almond milk and earth balance butter alternative. Cook cauliflower in the microwave. Puree cauliflower with about 1/4 cup water. Stir pureed cauliflower into prepared mashed potatoes. You cannot taste the cauliflower and the texture is perfect.
