Keto Peanut Butter Cookie

Ingredients
8 tbsp Kroger Crunchy Peanut Butter 8 tbsp Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter 24 tsp Pure Via Stevia, granulated (by BGSMILEY) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 bake 10-13 minutes
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Scoop enough dough to create a 1 to 1 1/2" ball. I used a small hand scoop. You should have 12 round balls. Take a fork and make a criss cross on top of each cookie. Place in the oven for approximately 10-13 minutes.
