Sugar free almond chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting

2.5 cup Almond Flour2 cup 100% Liquid Egg Whites 2 cup Splenda0.5 cup Cocoa Powder, unsweetened 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese Low-Fat0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 Baking chocolate unsweetened
Cake:
Mix together eggwhites, splenda, almond flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Bake in a greased cake pan 30 minutes at 350F.
Frosting:
Mix cream cheese with vanilla extract and 2 tbsp water until creamy, add splenda if desired.
Cut cake into two layers. glaze each layer with melted baker's chocolate and let cool. Then spread frosting between the layers and cover the whole cake with it. Optionally, grate some baker's chocolate on top of the cake or add chocolate decorations.
