Cajun Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients
32 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 4 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 2 tsp House of Herbs Hickory Liquid Smoke (by LUVGUIDESME) 4 tsp Cajun Seasoning (by KARENWP08) 4 tbsp Butter, salted 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 0.25 gram Herb - Basil, Dried (1 tsp) (by SNCNFC) 0.5 tsp McCormick Lemon Pepper with Herbs (by SMARGED) .5 tsp Garlic powder .25 tsp Pepper, black 1.5 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese Natural Cheese 3 cup Fat free half and half 16 oz Great Value Fettuccine noodles (by HMMILLER007)
Directions
If chicken is raw cut into chunks (1/2-1 inch) marinade in smoke and cajun seasoning for 1/2 hour, place in pan with melted butter and saute until cooked. Add all vegetables and seasonings to pan and simmer until veggies are tender. In separate pan combine 1/2 and 1/2 and cheese heating until cheese is melted (may thicken if desired). Cook noodles, drain and cover with meat mix and cheese.
