Tuna Patties

Ingredients
1 c. Tuna in water4 egg whites1/4 c. bread crumbs2 sprays canola oil/olive oil
Directions
Open can and squeeze excess liquid. Add egg whites and mix thoroughly. Add breadcrumbs and season with spices that you choose. Heat non stick skillet with olive oil/canola oil spray.

Form patties and fry on each side about 4 minutes per side on medium high heat.
