Loaded Vegetable Soup with Oearl Barley

Ingredients
1705.0 Grams Water, tap1440.0 gram Tesco Vegetable Soup Mix150.0 gram Pearl barley2.0 serving Knorr vegetable stock pot
Directions
Put pearl barley onto cook as per instructions but only follow the boiling instructions. Fry one bag of vegetable in spray oil. When lightly browned put in pan and blend until no lumps left. Fry second bag if vegetables in spray oil. When lightly browned add to pan of blended vegetables. Add stock pots to mix. Add water and bring to boil. Once Pearl barley has been boiled for recommended time, drain and add to pan. Add pepper to taste Bring to boil and then turn down and simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve
