KETO MASHED CAULIFLOWER

Ingredients
1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tsp Garlic Minced (1tsp) -Derlea (by TKNARR) 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup Sour Cream 1.50 cup Cheese - Sargento classic mozzarella shredded cheese 1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 stick Butter, salted 2 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
Directions
Melt the stick of butter in microwave for 30 seconds. Add all ingredients to large bowl and mix well. Then place in crock pot and cook on high for 2 hours. Add 1/2 stick of philadelphia cream cheese into hot crock pot, stir. Cook for another 2 hours on medium.
