Ingredients
Ingredients: 1 pound Ground Beef (lean) (remove)1/4 small onions, grated (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves, minced (remove)1/2 tbsp Olive Oil (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 2 tsp (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)*Onion powder, 1 tsp (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Combine well with hands. Form into 2 to 3 ounce patties (small enough to fit on a small dinner roll). Once patties are formed, place on wax lined cookie sheet and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Grill on medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes depending on your level of doneness.
