Low-Fat Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats, chopped fine in a food processor3/4 + 2 tbsp all purpose flour1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 cup lightly packed brown sugar1/3 cup butter1/4 cup buttermilk1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Soften butter with brown sugar. Add buttermilk and vanilla and mix again. Add dry ingredients and mix again, ending with chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonful on parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 325 F for 12-14 minutes.
Makes 40 small cookies.
