6 serving Pork Rinds(Pork Skins)(1/2 oz) 4 jumbo Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 0.25 cup Classico Traditional Pizza Sauce 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 0.25 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 slice, thin Onions, raw 1 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded 1 serving Hormel Pepperoni (15 Pepperoni) 1tsp baking powder1/2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp basil
grind pork rinds, add parmesan 4 eggs and mix. add 1 tsp salt, and pepper and add 1/2 tsp garlic powder, oregano, and basil. and a tsp baking powder spread on parchment paper. bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Then add pizza sauce, pepperoni, onions, peppers, and mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. bake until cheese is melted.
