Lentil burger

Ingredients
1 cup *lentils, great value dried 0.75 cup Porridge oats w oat bran, wheat bran and flaxseed Rogers (1/3 cup) dry .75 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw .125 cup Canola Oil 1 tbsp China Lily Soya Sauce (by BORYSK) 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .5 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Cook lentils in water.
Meantime sautee chopped carrots and onion til tender.
Once lentils cooked mix all ingredients while warm and make patties. Bake or fry in oil til crispy.
