Popcorn Salad

Ingredients
2 Cups chopped celery1/2 Cup chopped green onion1/2 cup crisp bacon2 cans chopped water chestnuts2 cups grated cheddar cheese2 cups mayo (not miracle whip)2/3 cup sugar3 tbsp vinegar6.5 oz popcorn
Directions
mix all ingrediensts except for popcorn, together.
Just before serving, add popcorn.
