Banana Protein Bread

Ingredients
1.5 cup flour, self-raising (by LEXIEEE15) 2 tbsp Tillamook Lite Sour Cream 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 37 gram EVL Stacked Protein powder (vanilla or cookies n cream)cinnamon, 1/4 tspn, plus extra to sprinkle on top.pinch saltvanilla essence
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F/175C. Mash bananas and combine with egg, sour cream and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and fold into banana mixture.
Spoon into 1 large bread tin or 2 small tins. Bake until toothpick removes clean - 40 - 55 mins.
Cool in tin. Serve just warm or cool.

Serving Size: Makes 1 large or 2 small loaves, 16 slices.
