Cauliflower, Mushroom, Asparagus Risotto

Ingredients
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) 4 serving Green Giant Riced Veggies Cauliflower Risotto Medley .5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream .5 cup Shredded Parm
Directions
Heat oil in pan and add garlic. Saute until tender.

Stir in Cauliflower medley and 1/2 c heavy cream. Simmer until veggies are soft (about 4 minutes).

Add cheese and stir. Simmer until desired consistency
