Baked Egg Custard

Ingredients
Directions
4 eggs 1/2 cup splenda (granulated for baking)1/2 teaspoon salt12 oz evaporated milk 1 cup water1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350*
Combine eggs,sugar,salt in a large mixer bowl
Add evaporated milk, water ,vanilla extract.
Mix well
Pour into six 6oz custard cups.
Sprinkle nutmeg.
Place cup in 13x9 inch backing pan fill with hot water to 1-inch depth.
Bake for 35-40 minutes
To check insert knife near center comes out clean .
Remove cups to cool completely.
Refrigerate
