1.75 cup Pinto Bean, Great Value 1 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 1 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched 1 cup, chopped Kale 0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
blend all ingredients in a blender bowl on chop until thoroughly chopped and mixed. Store in fridge for two hours to allow the mixture to thicken
