Ingredients
10 serving "Great Value" Mixed Vegetables, Frozen (2/3cup) 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 clove Garlic 12 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon 0.5 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry 1 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)
Directions
Sauté onions in olive oil. Add garlic and vegetables and continue to cook until browned a bit. Add broth and desired spices.
