1/2 cup Blue Diamond Almond Flour 1/3 cup Birch Benders PALEO pancake & waffle mix3 Tbs Swerve Confectioners1Tbs coconut sugar1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Baking Soda Pinch of Himalayan Pink Sea Salt 1 egg 2 TBS melted Kerry Gold butter1/2 cup kirkland organic unsweetened almond milk 1 tsp Kirkland Pure Vanilla Extract 6 slices Kirkland Signature Yellow Cling Sliced Peaches In Extra Light Syrup - no syrup used, you can even rinse first
Mix all dry ingredients together well followed by all wet ingredients. Pour into greased tart bakeware (round shallow mine is 7 x2) . Place 6 peach slices in a straburst on top Bake at 350 for 40 mins. Check the middle with a toothpick for extra bake time & adjust temperature for your oven & altitude.
