Bullet Proof Beef CHili

Ingredients
4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw -chopped2 medium Carrots, raw -chopped1 leek -chopped4 tbsp "LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil 16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 1 tbsp MCT oil 1 cup Cauliflower, raw -chopped.5 cup Asparagus, fresh -sliced1 cup, sliced Zucchini -chopped2 cups water1 tbs chili spice
Directions
add celery, leek, and carrot to a pot and cook over low flame until leeks soften and become fragrant.
add beef, cauliflower, zucchini, asparagus, water, and spices and two cups of water. stir well cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Drizzle with olive oil if desired
Stir in coconut oil and mct oil. Serve and drizzle with olive oil if desired
