Grilled Ardachokes

Ingredients
4 ardachokeslemon juice or lemon wedgesbutter or margerine
Directions
first you need to trim the leaves of the chokes, about half way down, then you trim the bottom just a little bit, next you squirt the lemon juice or arrange the wedges so they wont fall off, then you need to steam the choke sfor about 20min, to get them soft, after they are soft you put them on tin foil or a thin pan and place them or your grill for adout 10 minutes until they are grilled. Enjoy.
