0.065 cup 4C Breadcrumbs, Panko Plain (by FROGCOOKE) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .33 large Egg Yolk .33 1tsp Canola Oil 1 teaspoon flour
1. Poach egg, and immediately place in ice water to cool.
2. Lightly dust egg in flour. Gently remove any excess.
3. Whisk egg yolk in a low bowl. Carefully roll egg in egg yolk. Allow any excess to drip off.
4. Carefully roll egg and breadcrumbs. Try to pack as many on as possible, so there are no gaps.
5. Preheat air fryer to 375° F. Carefully place egg in air fryer. Cook for five minutes. If it’s not brown enough, Koch in one minute increments until it looks how you want.
