Chicken Marengo

Ingredients
0.50 clove Garlic 250 Onions, raw 2 can Canned Tomatoes 8 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 20 small Black Olives, canned (small-extra large) 0.5 cup Mushrooms, canned 3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast, no skin, fried
Directions
Brown your chicken in a large frying pan with the olive oil. When brown take it out and put it aside. Cook in the same pan the onion, when the onion is almost done add the garlic. Put the chicken back in the pan with the tomatoes. Cover the pan and cook slowly until tender( 40 to 60 minutes). Add the olive when it has about twenty more minutes to cook.

Serving Size: One breast of chicken and sauce with olives!
